Lucy Barron Alva

Lucy B. Alva, 68, passed away suddenly on March 12, 2007. She is preceded in death by her parents, Josefina and Florentino Barron and her son, Jose Jr. She is survived by her husband, Jose; granddaughters, Lauren and Jasmine Alva; grandsons, Zachary and Joshua Alva; and son, Richard Alva. She attended Jefferson High and graduated from El Paso Tech with honors. She worked five years with McKesson and Robbins as a secretary. She will be greatly missed by her many friends and family. Vigil will be held at 7 pm Friday, March 16, 2007 at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 am Saturday, March 17, 2007 at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church. Interment will be private. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
