Interment: 11:00 am, Monday, February 1, 2010 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Survived by wife, Lillie Peoples, sons, L.T. Peoples Jr and Rodney Peoples; daughters, Cassandra Pelham and Tish Times; and sister, Elizabeth Nalls. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
