Lorenzo Gloria

Lorenzo M. Gloria, 57, passed away in Denver, Colorado on March 24, 2008. He was born July 22, 1950 and was life long resident of Clint, Tx. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose & Antonia Gloria. Lorenzo is survived by his wife of 34 years, Sandra Gloria; children Lorenzo Gloria Jr., Valerie (Ben) Lucero, Veronica Gloria and Melissa Gloria and his pride and joy only granddaughter Alessandra Gloria Lucero; Siblings include Joe Gloria Jr., Freddy Gloria, Ruben Gloria and Margie Gloria. He was Godfather to Amanda Peteron & Jim Lozano. Lorenzo known to his family and friends as “Lencho” graduated from Clint High School in 1970 and served in the U.S. Army. He was employed as an agent for Immigration Customs Enforcement. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, his buddy Devin Chavez, playing cards, going to casinos and watching his favorite football team the Dallas Cowboys. Lencho will always be remembered for his sense of humor, thoughtfulness and devotion to his loved ones. Vigil will be at 7 pm on Friday, March 28, 2008 at San Lorenzo Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be at 10 am Saturday, March 29, 2008 at San Lorenzo Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Clint Cemetery. Full honors will be rendered by Immigration Customs Enforcement. Pallbearers will be Joe Gloria, Daniel Gloria, Paul James, Hector Valencia, Hector Lozano, Mike Moreno. Honorary pallbearers will be Ruben Gloria, Dr. Robert Villalobos, Ben Lucero, Jerry Kracher.
