Linda Webb, 73, of Clint, Texas passed away peacefully on March 10, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. A devoted mother, sister, wife, grandmother, and friend she was known for her sweet, caring, and loving nature. Linda Webb, born on December 24, 1950, in Tyler, Texas, to her beloved mother Maria Velasquez and her father Lewis Barton. A proud graduate of Burges High School, Class of 1969, Linda began her career as a social worker, followed by a transition into the insurance industry. Her dedication and passion for her work led her to ascend to the role of an insurance adjuster, followed by a management position where she eventually retired as an auditor. Here she earned the respect and admiration of her peers and clients alike. Linda's professional success was a testament to her unwavering work ethic and commitment to excellence.
In 1976, she met the love of her life, Larry Webb, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Their union blessed them with three wonderful boys - Clayton, Preston, and Jason - who were the pride and joy of their lives. Linda's dedication to her family was unwavering, and her love for her husband, sons, and grandchildren was the guiding light of her life. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and strength that will forever be cherished by those who knew her. Linda is survived by her devoted husband, Larry of 47 years of marriage. Her three sons and their spouses, Clayton Webb, Preston & Jazmin Webb, Jason & Carol Webb; her four adoring grandchildren, Kiarra, Carson, Jaylen, and Ezra Webb; as well as her two sisters, Norma Jean Moore & spouse Kassem Maged, Virginia & spouse Dwight Borgman. Linda's impact on her family and loved ones is immeasurable, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were touched by her presence.
A celebration of Linda's life will be held this Friday, March 15th Viewing from 4:00pm-8:00pm Rosary at 6:00 pm, will be held at Sunset Funeral Home- East 750 N. Carolina Dr. Mass will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, March 16th at St. Joseph Catholic Church 3729 Hueco Ave.
