Lilia Chavez

Lilia Chavez, 87, entered into eternal rest on November 12, 2024 in El Paso, TX. She is preceded in death by her sons, Martin Chavez and Crecencio Chavez Jr.. Her parents, Alejo Salgado and Maria Consuelo Macias. Her brothers, Raul Salgado, Ignacio Salgado, Jose Pilar Salgado and sister, Consuelo Flores. Lilia is survived by her beloved husband, Crecencio Chavez; her sons, Francisco Chavez, Guillermo Chavez and Jesus Chavez; daughters, Lorenza Ceballos, Lilia Dominguez and Maricela Quinones. Also leaving behind 19 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren to honor and cherish her memory. Lilia was very loved and will always be missed. 

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907. A Mass will begin at 9:30 AM on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at El Buen Pastor Catholic Mission, 311 Peyton Rd., El Paso, TX 79928. A Graveside will follow at Evergreen East Cemetery, 12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79938.
