Leopoldo R. Tollens

Leopoldo R. Tollens, 91, of El Paso, Texas passed away peacefully on January 14, 2022. Leopoldo was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico to Zoilo Rodriguez and Eva Tollens. He is survived by his loving wife Mary Tollens. As well was his daughter Eva (Bill), Sons Matthew (Maria), and Peter. His Grandchildren include William Jr. (Amy), Deziree, Ashley, Aliyah (Andrew), Tony, Alisah, Leo and Olivia. He is also survived by one Great Grandson Maverick. He proudly served his country, enlisting in the U.S. Army in 1948 and later retiring in 1968. Leopoldo was an active member of his church Christ the Savior as well as the Knights of Columbus. A Service honoring the life of Leopoldo will be held at Christ the Savior Catholic Church on February 18, 2022 at 11:00 AM.
