Leonard Giron passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2018 in El Paso, Texas. He was born in San Angelo, Texas on July 6, 1925. He is survived by five children, Casey Giron, Lenny Giron, Arelene Waddell (Gene), Lawrence Giron (Iryna), Patricia Van Horn (Frank), 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, brother Robert Giron (Carmen) and brother-in-law Ernest Rodriguez (Irma). Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM with Vigil/Rosary at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, August 30, 2018 at St. Raphael Catholic Church, 2301 Zanzibar. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
