Leon Randle Flick

Leon, a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather was born July 31, 1938 in Kingfisher, OK and passed away on October 27, 2008. Leon retired from the US Army after 20 years of service. He continued to work as a civil servant along with becoming a real estate broker and owning his own business. Leon met his wife Irma while stationed in Germany. They recently celebrated their 44th anniversary. Leon is survived by his wife Irma, son Randy F. Salsberry and daughter Terri Angell both of Camas, WA along with his four grand children Jesse, Karleen, Sheena and Sean Salsberry and one great grand daughter Alyvia Myers, a brother Lonzo Flick of Seattle, and Step father Andrew Rowe of Yuma, AZ. A viewing will be held on Thursday October 30 from 5pm – 9pm at the Sunset Funeral Homes – Northeast 4631 Hondo Pass – El Paso. Graveside Service at 10:00 am, Friday, October 31, 2008 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with full Military Honors.
