Juana Marquez

Juana Marquez, 82, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on January 21, 2009 peacefully from the arms of her loving family to the loving arms of her LORD. She was born June 24, 1926 in Pecos, TX to Felix and Micaela Marquez. She is survived by her son Jesus Marquez & daughter-in-law Olga K. Marquez. Her 4 Grandchildren Jesus Marquez, Jr. & wife Elina Marquez, Luz Marina Marquez-Rolón & husband Paul Rolón, Javier Marquez & wife Denisse Marquez, and Carlos Marquez & his wife Angelina Marquez. 8 great-grandchildren Victoria K. Bañuelas, Jesus Manuel Marquez, Carlos Marquez Jr., Pauly Rolón, Xochiquetzal Marquez, Deanna Marquez, Metztli Marquez and Matthew Rolón. We loved her dearly and will miss her deeply. We thank God for the blessed years we were allowed to share with her. Visitation at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast 5:00-9:00 pm Sunday, January 25, 2009 with a Rosary/Vigil at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass: 10:00 am, Monday, January 26, 2009 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Interment at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery 8700 Dyer St. We would like to thank the staff of Visiting Nurses Association (VNA) for their kind support to our beloved “Abuelita Juanita”.
