Juan Hernandez, 79, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2009 He was born in Mc Nary, TX. and was a long time resident of El Paso. Mr. Hernandez was a butcher for forty years. He also was a wrestler. He is survived by his wife; Maria C. Hernandez, sons; Juan, Jesus, Jose, Jaime, Jorge, Javier and Joaquin Hernandez, daughters; Maria Mendoza, Cecilia Salazar and Carmen Hernandez, brothers; Manuel Jr., Antonio Hernandez, sisters; Julia Hernandez and Beatrice Casas, 22 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren and companion; Juana Maria Cazares. Visitation will be from 4-9 pm on Friday, September 11, 2009 with a Vigil at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East located at 750 N. Carolina Dr. Scripture Service will be at 3 pm Saturday, September 12, 2009 also at the funeral home in our Chapel of Remembrance. Interment will be private. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
