Joyce Ann Danciger

Joyce Ann Danciger, aged 86, a long resident of El Paso, TX, passed away peacefully at her home, in the presence of her husband, Kent O. Danciger, after a 6-year terminal illness diagnosis of Alzheimers. Born on July 26, 1936 in Aurora, Illinois. The daughter of Albert F. and Anna Balcunas Blassage. She resided in El Paso, TX for many years with her husband of 27 years, Kent O. Danciger. She worked for JJ Armes, as his personal secretary for many years as well. She is survived by her husband Kent, her daughter from a previous marriage, Julie Merlich. Her grandchildren; Matthew and Brittany Byars, her great-grandchildren, as well as her friend and caretaker of 4 years; Aide A. Cardenas.

Joyce was a devoted Catholic, wife, mother and friend. She was loved by all who met her. She was always willing to lend a helping hand.

Services will be closed to the public and will be held privately.
