Josefina Melendez

Josefina Melendez, 82, passed away on December 30th, 2012. Josefina was preceded in death by her parents, Felipe Lujan and Francisca Ortega and her son, Fernando Melendez. She is survived by sons, Sergio and Rene Melendez; daughters, Yolanda L. Aguirre, Reyna Montano, and Hilda Melendez; sister, Rosa Fernandez; 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 6, 2013 from 5:00-8:00pm at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast with a Vigil/Rosary to begin at 6:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00pm Monday, January 7, 2013 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
