Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Interment: Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Survived by: son, Arturo Martinez; daughter, Minerva Martinez; brother, Poncho Velasco; sister, Cristina Rodriguez and 2 grandchildren. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-Americas.
