Josefina Z. Hernandez

In loving memory of Josefina Z. Hernandez, 73, went to be with the Lord on April 1, 2009.She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by daughters; Guadalupe Vasquez, Socorro Chavez (Francisco), Rosa Rodriguez (Louie), and son; Manuel Hernandez Jr., 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, sisters; Carmen Najera (Pedro) and Rosario Ramos (Rafael), also many nieces and nephews. The entire family extends a heartfelt thank you for all the support from friends, family and a special thank you to Bienvivir Senior Health Services and Casa Felicitas, as well as Dr. D. Dorbin and Dr. Armendariz. She was a great inspiration to her family and all those who knew her. She will be missed dearly and we will carry her memory in our hearts forever. Visitation will be held from 4 until 9 pm an Sunday, April 5, 2009 with a Vigil at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home East located at 750 N. Carolina Dr. A Funeral Mass will be held at 1 pm on Monday, April 6, 2009 at Our Lady of the Light Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery.
