Josefina T. Alcala

Josefina Torres Alcala, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, godmother, and sister passed away on October 20, 2008. She is survived by her husband, Manuel Alcala of 66 years, sister, Isabel Rodriguez, sons Manuel Alcala Jr. and wife Olga, daughter; Teresa A. Soto and husband Valentin, grandchildren; Dominique, Stephanie, Gabriel, Mike, Albert and wife Vickie and great-grandchild, Jazlyn, and a host of many nephews, nieces and godchildren. Visitation will be held, Thursday, October 23, from 4 pm until 9 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East 750 N. Carolina Dr. with a Vigil at 6 pm. Funeral Mass will be held Friday October 24, 2008 at 12:30 pm at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of The Valley Cemetery in Santa Teresa, NM. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
