Jose Manuel Rossy Martinez, 43, entered into eternal rest on June 14, 2023 in El Paso, Texas. Jose is survived by his beloved wife, Mireya De La O Escarcega and daughters, Metzly Gallegos De La O, Citlaly Gallegos De La O and Ema Rossy De La O. His memory will live on forever and will be dearly missed by all those that met and loved him.

A Mass will be held starting at 11:30 AM on Friday, June 23, 2023 at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 673 Old Hueco Tanks Rd., El Paso, Texas 79927.
