Jose Ramirez

Mr. Jose (Joe) Ramirez, 73, of El Paso, Texas passed away Friday, July 23, 2010. Joe was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. He is survived by his sons, Joe Ramirez, Ted Ramirez, and John Ramirez; daughter–in-law, Cheryll Ramirez; grandchildren, Ethan Ramirez, Nethanyel Colgan, Nicholas Ramirez, Hannah Jensen, and Jacob Ramirez; and many other relatives and friends that loved him dearly. Joe was a distiguished veteran of the military, proudly serving his country in the U.S. Army for over 20 years. He was a devoted husband to his wife Olive Ramirez for 48 years. The viewing service will be held from 6:00 p.m to 8:00 pm Tuesday, July 27th, and the funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 28th at 9:30 am. Both services will be held at Sunset Funeral Home- Northeast located at 4631 Hondo Pass in El Paso. Joe will be laid to rest at Ft. Bliss National Cemetary with full Military Honors.
