Beloved family man and veteran, Joe Procell, age 65, passed away unexpectedly and peacefully on November 15, 2016, surrounded by his family. He is survived by wife Christina, sons Michael and Steven, his mother Ernestina, brothers Tony and Lowell and four grandchildren. Visitation is from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00pm on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Mass will be said at 10:00am on Monday, November 28, 2016 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Committal Service will follow at 11:00am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
