Jose Portillo,

Jose Portillo, Jr., age 50 and a resident of El Paso, passed away February 23, 2013. Jose served in the US Army during Desert Storm and retired as a Sergeant First Class. He is survived by his wife Dora Luevanos; daughter Veronica Renee Portillo; sons Jose Antonio Portillo, Andres Miguel Portillo and Emmanuel Portillo; his parents Jose and Yolanda Portillo; four grandchildren Gennevy, Jada, Jacob, and Liam Portillo; sister Dalia Portillo; brothers Uvaldo and Cesar Portillo. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 28, 2013 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-West with a Prayer Service beginning at 7:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at 9:00 am, Friday, March 1, 2013 also at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
