Jose "Chato" M. Sanchez

“Chato” Jose M. Sanchez Sr., 78, has gone to join our Lord on Sunday, June 3, 2007. He was a lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas. He was highly respected for his business in roofing for 25 years. Mr. Sanchez was preceded in death by his mother; Celia Sanchez and his brother Fernando Sanchez. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Consuelo Sanchez “Chelo”, daughters; Nancy Rodriguez, Sandra Gomez, sons; Jose M. Sanchez Jr.,and Marco A. Sanchez, seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Sisters; Maria de Jesus Luevano, Librada Herrera, and Velia Mendoza. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2007 from 4:00 pm. until 9:00 pm. with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. At Sunset Funeral Home East, located at 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral Mass will be at 1:00 pm. On Friday, June 8, 2007 at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-East.
