Jose Manuel Huerta

Jose Manuel Huerta, 80, born on January 19, 1927 in Zacatecas, MX, went home to be with our Lord on September 23, 2007. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 48 years, Josefina Huerta in 1996. He was a Loving husband, father, brother and grandfather to many as well as a dedicated, loyal and hard worker at El Paso’s Chico’s Tacos for over 40 years. He is survived by his sisters, Luz Huerta and Rita Huerta Flores, by his 9 children, Mr. & Mrs. Jose M. Jr. and Sachiko Huerta, Mr. and Mrs. Maria Elena and Mundo Campa, Carolina Huerta, Raquel Huerta Hartnett, Willie Huerta, Irene Huerta, Ruben Huerta, Sergio Huerta and Ernesto Huerta, by 21 grandchildren, by 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild on the way. Visitation will be from 4-9 pm on Thursday, September 27, 2007 with a Vigil at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, September 28, 2007 at 11 am at St. Paul Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-East.
