Jose Gallegos

Gallegos Jose Gallegos, 80, of Colorado City, Texas passed away on October 23, 2006 in El Paso, Texas. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during W.W. II. He also proudly served the El Paso Community as the owner/operator of Gallegos and Sons Roofing for over 46 years. He is preceded in death by his parents: Rosendo and Maria De Los Angeles Fernandez Gallegos and Ramon and Maria Eugenia Fernandez; his loving wife, Victoria H. Gallegos; son, Arturo Gallegos; and Nydia Frank. He is survived by his son, Jose Gallegos Jr.; daughters: Maria Angie Lewis and Armida Gallegos; 9 grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2006 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a vigil/rosary service to begin at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home, 4631 Hondo Pass; El Paso, Texas 79904. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 27, 2006 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Interment to follow with Military Honors at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
