Jose B. Baltazar

Jose B. Baltazar, 50, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2023

Jose was born in Salinas, California on July 5, 1973. In 1987 he moved with his family to El Paso, TX, attended Irvin High School, and after working 5 years in the restaurant industry, moved to Las Vegas Nevada to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. Later he moved to Seattle, Washington where he worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry until his passing.

Jose leaves behind his three sons; Alec, Onimitroy, and Dmitri; his parents Jose M. Baltazar, and Carmen Bernal; and his three siblings Ricardo, Daniel, and Cristina.

Funeral Services

Visitation of his ashes will be from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, April 27 at Sunset Funeral Homes – East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be held at 7:00 p.m. immediately after visitation.

Jose’s ashes will be kept by his children; Onimitroy and Dmitri. Jose’s last wish was for his children to spread his ashes in the sea at Monterey Bay in Monterey, Ca.
