John Torres

John Torres, 50, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 28, 2007. He was a lifelong resident of El Paso and a teacher with the Socorro Independent School District. Mr. Torres is survived by his wife, Maria Torres; sons, John Rito Torres and Juan Manuel Torres. He is also survived by his parents, Ramon and Rosa Torres; Brothers, Ramon, Rodolfo, Jose Luis, Roman, Frank, Esteban and Marcelino Torres; Sister, Gloria Torres. Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 9:00pm, Monday July 2, 2007 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, Chapel of Remembrance with Vigil Services at 7:00pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be at 10:00 am, Tuesday July 3, 2007 at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church located at 1700 George Dieter followed by interment at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Service entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home – Americas.
