John Francis Lotz

John F. Lotz, 70, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017. John was born in Missouri on April 18, 1946. He met and married the love of his life, Rose, while proudly serving in the U.S. Army. They were married for 48 years and they are now together once again after her passing in late 2015. He has 2 daughters, Shannon and Angela, and 5 beautiful granddaughters who he was very proud of. He was an amazing and devoted husband, wonderful Father, loving Grandfather and an honorable hardworking man. He was known for his unique sense of humor, and his love for “America’s Team”, the Dallas Cowboys! He was our Daddy, our hero and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be at 12:00 P.M. with a Prayer Service at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Committal Service will follow at 2:30 P.M. at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
