JOHN W. CALBAZANA passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at the age of 64. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his mother Dorena Bernadino. He is survived by his wife Nora E. Calbazana, his son Alejandro Calbazana and his wife Lulu, his daughter Yasna Provine and her husband Kenneth. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 6:30PM at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West.
