Johanna McBain

Johanna McBain, 61, was called home on May 22, 2017 to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. Johanna was a blessed mother, nana, sister, aunt, and cousin. Her family will miss her laugh, smile, sense of humor, and phone calls. She worked at Teachers Federal Credit Union for many years and retired from El Paso School District. Johanna is preceded in death by her parents George and Helen McBain, and sister Gina. She is survived by her daughter Kristin and son-in-law Jeremy Sembera, grandchildren Karden and Kolby Sembera. Siblings: George (Cindy), Luciano (Sofie), Paul McBain, Margie (Ronnie) McBain Caustrita, and Pauline (Frank) Muela, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Pallbearers: Jarod McBain, Joe McBain, Dimas Vega, Mike McBain, Ed Stansbury, Gary Andrews, Austin McBain, and Elijah McBain. Honorary Pallbearers: Jeremy Sembera, George McBain, Luciano McBain, Paul McBain, Frank Muela, and Ronnie Caustrita. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00pm on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina.
