Joe Lars Klingstedt

Dr. Joe Lars Klingstedt, 73, of El Paso, passed away June 1, 2011. Joe Klingstedt was born January 30, 1938 in Chicago. Dr. Klingstedt taught in the College of Education at UTEP and retired as a Professor Emeritus. His wife Niecie Klingstedt, son Lars Klingstedt, and daughter Kerstin Klingstedt survive him. Services will be held at University Presbyterian Church on Saturday, June 4 at 2:00 pm.
