Joe Horn

Joe Horn, 74, passed away October 6, 2023. Joe was a beloved son, brother, father and grandfather. He was a life-long resident of his beloved El Paso. Joe will be dearly missed and is preceded in death by his parents Frank Horn and Vivian Eckles, and brother, Tommy Horn. He is survived by his son Jeffrey Horn and wife Valerie, and daughter Kimberly Valenzuela and husband Geoffrey.  He leaves behind his two wonderful grandchildren, Brycen and Chase Horn, and dear sister, Billie Perkins. A Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM, Friday, October 13, 2023 followed by a Celebration of Life at 6:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home-West, 480 N. Resler Dr. El Paso, TX. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West.
