Joachim W. Dorsey

Joachim W. Dorsey, 61, passed away Monday, November 17, 2008. He proudly served in the US Army for 27 years and retired as SGM. He also was a teacher for 13 years in El Paso. “Jack” is survived by his wife, Laurie, and his children Michelle, Geoff, Renate, Manuel, Gina, Priscilla, and Laura Lynn. His grandchildren are Eloi, Matthew, and Soraya. He is also survived by his mother, Ruth Weber, brothers, Sven and Richard Dorsey and sister, Ulrike Gibson. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 21, 2008 at 4 pm at Sunset Funeral Home - East located at 750 N. Carolina Dr. He will be laid to rest at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
