Jesus Antonio "Tony" Chavira

Jesus Antonio “Tony” Chavira, 88, passed away on Monday 9, 2007. Mr. Chavira was a long time resident of El Paso, Texas and a member of Santo Niño de Atocha Catholic Church. He worked as a Truck driver for Sears for over 30 years from where he later retired.He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 37 years Ma Concepcion Chavira. He is survived by sons: Manny Chavira & Julio Chavira; daughters: Andrea Elizabeth Chavira & Suki Chavira Durant; sisters: Lola Garcia & Vita. Visitation will be from 4 until 9 pm Thursday, April 12, 2007 with a vigil at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East. Funeral Mass will be at 12:00 pm on Friday, April 13, 2007 at Santo Niño de Atocha Catholic Church; 210 S. Clark. Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
