Jerry Lee Curry

Jerry Lee Curry, May 22, 1943 – September 3, 2016 Jerry passed away in comfort and peace after a long battle with cancer. He was a decorated Vietnam Veteran serving with the 25th infantry division, receiving the bronze star and many other awards. He is now with his beloved wife Victorea who passed away March 8, 2016, She will be buried along with Jerry. Jerry was a long- haul truck driver seeing much of the United States with his wife by his side. Jerry is survived by his half-brother William Kent Barker, his sister-in-law Jean and husband Ron, several cousins and his brothers in the Vietnam Veterans Association post # 578. Funeral Procession will be departing Sunset Funeral Home-East at 12:30 pm for the Graveside Service for Mr. & Mrs. Curry will be held on Monday September 19, 2016 at 1:00pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors. A Memorial Service will be held at the V.F.W post 574 located at 9170 Cananea, Monday, September 19, 2016 at 2:30 pm. Mr. Curry’s family and friends express their gratitude in this time of grief.
