Javier Vallejo

Javier “Curly” Vallejo, 43, received the call from our Lord and Savior on June 12, 2008. He was a lifelong resident of El Paso and a member of the Catholic Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ricardo and Alicia Vallejo and his nephew Isaiah Vallejo. He is survived by his wife Juana Calvillo, sons Javier Jr., Jesse and Leo, step-father Rogelio Chavez, sisters Sandra Vallejo (Eddie), Cynthia Vasquez (Louie), Patricia Vasquez (Gabriel), Estella Vallejo and JoAnn Sanchez (Alfredo). Brothers Michael, Richard (Elvia), Antonio and Roberto Vallejo. Nieces and nephews Erika, Jacob, Jasmine, Rebecca, Vanessa, Gabriann, Matthew, Audrey, Miracle, Leila, Louis and Richard Jr. Special thanks to the ICU staff at R.E. Thomason Hospital for their dedication and kindness. Pallbearers Javier Jr. and Leo Vallejo, Jacob Vasquez, Matthew Sanchez, Richard Vallejo, Louie Vasquez, Gabriel Vasquez and Alfredo Sanchez. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16, 2008 from 4 pm to 9 pm with a Vigil at 7pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 10 am at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
