James Riley Bradshaw, Jr. was born November 6, 1929 in Kansas City, Kansas to James Riley Bradshaw, Sr. and Charlene Morgan Bradshaw, who both preceded him in death. Early on the morning of March 12, 2013, James was called home to be with the Lord. James attended and was a graduate from the Kansas City School System in Kansas City, Kansas. From 1948 to 1968, James served in the United States Army as a Morse Code Radio Operator. After retiring from the Army, James became a part of the family at the Federal Reserve Bank of El Paso in which he served twenty years and retired a second time. It was also during this time that James and his lovely wife, Katherine, became members of the Gospel Service at Fort Bliss which they have been faithful members for over twenty years. One of James favorite hobby was traveling. James and his lovely wife Katherine “Ms. Kitty from Kansas City” would pack up their RV and travel from state to state, from city to city touring and visiting family and friends. It gave him great joy spending “honeymoon time” with the woman he loved. James is survived by his wife Katherine E.
