Our Dearest Jacqueline Clark Wilson passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 08, 2023.
Jacqueline was born in Ray, Arizona on January 21, 1930. After the closure of the Ray Copper Mine, her family moved to Tucson where she graduated from Tucson High in 1948. After graduation, a best friend (Betty-Jo), moved to El Paso where Jackie would ultimately make the decision to plant her roots. In 1949 she met & married the love of her life, Mack Wilson and spent 62 darling years together with their 2 children, Dale and Jennifer Wilson creating memories to last a lifetime.
Jacqueline served as Church secretary at Tigua Baptist Church, as well as secretary at Eastwood Baptist Church a few years later. She attended Vista Hills Baptist Church, where she enjoyed working with the Children Choir, and while attending Del Sol Church, she was active in the Food Pantry Ministry. She also served on their staff for their Mother's Day out program where she blessed staff, children and parents with her giving spirit and infectious laughter. In addition to Church activities, Jackie would spend her free time sewing her own clothing, and painting ceramics.
Jacqueline is preceded in death by her Shug, Mack Wilson. Her Parents, Jack and Ivy Clark, Siblings Phyllis (Bob), Jim (Margaret), Nancy (Lamar) and Baby Brother, Bobby.
Left to Cherish her precious memory are her two Children, Son Dale Wilson and his wife Debi, Daughter Jennifer Wilson. Grandsons, Jordan Wilson and his wife Amber, Shay Wilson and his wife Nikki. As well as, Four Great Grandchildren, Peyton, Kayla, Savanah and Jackson Wilson.
Visitation with family will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 5:30 PM-7:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson.
The Wilson Family would like to express their Sincere Gratitude to Solstice Senior Living Center, Hospice of El Paso, Nurses Terry, Vero, Maria and Mary for the care provided to Jackie in her Final Days. You’ll never understand how much you impacted her life and ours.
