Funeral Mass: 10:00 am, Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment: Mount Carmel Cemetery. Survived by brother: Adam Hernandez, and sister: Raquel McDonald. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
