Jack Euclid Tranter

Sgt. Jack E. Tranter, 81, went into eternal rest on Wednesday July 21, 2021 in El Paso, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Ralph & Dorothy Tranter, his brothers Larry & Tom Tranter, son John E. Tranter & daughter Sharon E. Jones. He is survived by his wife Dora Tranter and daughter Susan E. Apodaca (Jerry). He was an outstanding grandfather to 11 grandchildren which include: Amy Spiliotis (Jon), Michael Martinez (Mirna), Samantha Tranter, Faith Gallegos, Jasmine Quintana, Jordan Ogden, Brett Tranter, Zacharie Glover, Joseph Jones, Devin Ogden & Justin Tranter. He was an amazing great-grandfather to Kaitlyn & Michael Spiliotis, Eddie & Emma Martinez, Savior Martinez, Jaydalynn Griego, Xavier Hernandez & Isaiah Nava. Services will be held at Sunset Funeral home Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr., Visitation will be July 28, 2021 from 4 PM-8 PM with a service at 6 PM. Celebration of life will be held July 29, 2021 at 10:45 AM with interment at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery at 1 PM.
