Jack R. Reinshuttle

MSG Jack Reinshuttle, US Army, Retired, passed on surrounded by his family to his eternal home on January 26, 2021, at the age of 85. Jack was born in Dowagiac, Michigan, and moved to Houston, Texas, at an early age. Jack joined the US Army in 1954 and was later stationed in Maryland where he met and married the love of his life, Frances Kay, on February 19, 1956. Jack is survived by his wife of 65 years, Kay, 3 children, Cheryl Hines, Terri Dickens (Tommy), and Mark Reinshuttle, five grandchildren; Christina Meadows (Tim), Dustin Dickens (April), Justin Reinshuttle (Chaney), Kaitlin Reinshuttle, and Robert Hines-Navarrette (Aaron), and seven great grandchildren, Ciera Greene (Darius), Caroline & Camryn Meadows, Dailen & Aiden Dickens, and Joseph & Dakota Reinshuttle. And many other family members and friends. Service of Remembrance will be held at Sunset Funeral Home on Hondo Pass, El Paso, Texas, on February 22, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Canon Kathleene McNellis leading the service. Interment will be at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. for a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Kindred Hospice of El Paso or El Paso Animal Shelter.
