Isabel Rodgers, 68, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2009. She is survived by her son; Bill Mastin Jr., and brothers; Urbano, Francisco Jr. and Carlos Bustamante. Gathering of Remembrance will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2009 from 6-9 pm with a Vigil at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East. Interment will be private.
