Irene (Sister) Chaparro

Irene Chaparro 1945 - 2009 Our beloved, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Irene (Sister) Chaparro, 63 passed away on January 15, 2009. She was a born in Las Cruces, New Mexico and was a longtime resident of El Paso. She was a preceded in death by her mother, Lucia Granillo. Survived by her loving husband, Hector Chaparro; sons, Christopher Jacob Chaparro and Hector Chaparro II. Grandchildren, Christian Jacob Chaparro and Alexis Renae Espinoza. Father, Leonardo Granillo. Brothers, Leonardo Granillo, Jr., Antonio (Reddie) Granillo, Sam Granillo, Steve Granillo, and Robert (Chito) Granillo. Numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is from 5:00-9:00 pm, Sunday, January 18, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass. Funeral Service at 1:00 pm, Monday, January 19, 2009 at Vineyard Christian Fellowship at 6115 Transmountain Drive. Interment will be private. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
