Ingrid Kathe Elizabeth Hodges

On December 01, 2016, Ingrid Kathe Elizabeth Hodges continued her journey of existence, but only now with wings. Her final days were spent with family and friends that Ingrid had touched throughout her very active and memorable life. Her journey began in Mannheim, Germany, where she was born, grew up, lived, studied and worked. And it was in her original stomping ground where she also met and fell in love with her one and only Schatz, Willie. Ingrid lived for her family and loved life without question. She was actively involved in her family, friends, community, social clubs, and family business. Until we meet with her again, she leaves behind her husband, Willie L. Hodges, her son, Barry Hodges, daughter, Tonja Hodges and her most precious and beloved granddaughter, Quejona M. Hodges. She will always be remembered by all for her quick wit, zestful personality and unconditional love. A celebration of Ingrid's life will be held on December 09, 2016 from 1700 – 2100, with prayer service at 1900. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home Northeast.
