IGNACIO (NACHO) RAMOS, SR. On December 20, 2011, a tremendous loss was suffered with the passing of a son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, as our heavenly father called home Ignacio (Nacho) Ramos, Sr., 65. He was born on August 23, 1946 and was raised in El Paso, Texas and served in the United States Navy and was a Vietnam War, Veteran. His passion for life and captivating laughter will be missed by all. Our hearts are broken; however, our peace comes in knowing he is with our heavenly Father. Ignacio Ramos, Sr. was preceded in death by his beloved father, Feliciano Ramos. He is survived by his mother, Carolina Ramos; sons: Ignacio (Monica) Ramos Jr., Hector Israel (Angie) Ramos, Felix Ramos and five grandchildren: Aaron Giovanni, Ryan Alexander, Jacob Michael, Christian Robert and Crista Angie Ramos; brother, George (Carolyn) Ramos; sisters: Estella (Adan) Lopez, Carolina (Joe) Gonzalez, Esperanza (Albert) Gamboa, Alicia (Daniel) Barrientes, Gloria (David) Olsen and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers: Aaron Ramos, Arthur Ramos, Robert Ramos, Adan Lopez, David Lopez, Darrin Lopez, Albert Gamboa III, Javier Colmenero. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Rosary at 7 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home 4631 Hondo Pass, El Paso, Texas Monday, December 26, 2011. Funeral Mass will be at 9:45 a.m., Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church 2709 Alabama St. Burial to follow at Ft Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
