Ida Lou Rascon

Ida Lou “Pebbles” Rascon, 59, passed away February 10, 2023, in the comfort of her home and surrounded by her husband and children.  She was born and raised in El Paso, TX.  She was employed with Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center as the EM Clerkship/Program Coordinator.  As a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many, she will be remembered for her beautiful ability to love, her dedication to family, and her love for life. She is survived by her husband, Larry, and her children: Rex (Diana), Elizabeth, CJ (Catherine), Chris, and Dominic (Kenley), and her grandchildren: Darby, Owen, Leonardo, Aiden and Arthur.

In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome a donation to St Jude Children's Research Hospital on Ida’s behalf.

Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 PM, with Funeral Service at 6:00 PM, on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Homes- Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass. Committal Service will take place at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 17, 2023 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
