Howard Arthur Cooper, 90, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2021. Howard was born May 19, 1930 in Burkburnett, Wichita County, Texas to Mabel Toby and Samuel Arthur Monroe Cooper. He was an officer with the United Stated Army and was married to Margie Morgan who died on April 16, 2007. Howard is also proceeded in death by his parents; Mabel Toby and Samuel Arthur Monroe Cooper, his siblings; Mary Groseclose, Pearl Day, Delbert Cooper, and Carroll Cooper. He is survived by his wife; Frances Lee, children; Sheran McCants of Brenham, Texas, Barbara Weber (and John Weber) of Montgomery, Texas, Jerry Cooper (and Vanida) of North Las Vegas, Nevada, and Charles Cooper (and Frances) of Lenexa Kansas, stepson; Luis Manuel Guzman Jr., grandchildren; Edward McCants, Shelley Hungerford, Christy Weber, Jason Cooper, Kaleigh Cooper, Liam Cooper, and Alex Cooper, great grandchildren; Robert McCants, Kevin McCants, Monique Smalls, Myca McElveen, and Cameron Cooper and his sister; Karen Adams. Howard Arthur Cooper will be buried in Forest Park The Woodlands in The Woodlands, Texas.
