Herman Gabriel Ybarra

Herman Gabriel Ybarra Sr., A resident of El Paso, Texas passed away on July 16, 2011 at the age of 74. Herman served 21 dedicated years in the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War. He leaves behind 8 children; Mona (Louis) Rodriguez; James (Wandisa) Ybarra; Herman Ybarra Jr.; Anthony Ybarra; Constancia Garcia; Angela (Ralph) Quezada; Mario (Mari) Perez; Victor (Heather) Perez. Herman also leaves behind 25 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren, plus several brothers and sisters in California. He was preceded in death by Fidela Maria Ybarra. Dad, you have given us many wonderful years with you, we’ll miss your smiles and jokes. Grandpa, you have always been a solid figure in our lives. You pushed us to succeed in everything we put our minds and hearts too. You left us too soon and will be deeply missed. Memorial Service will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with full Military Honors at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas located at 9521 North Loop. Interment will be private. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
