Herman was born in El Paso, Texas on November 20, 1979. He graduated from Gadsden High School, who then learned how to design beautiful jewelry. He became a father to Herman Gandara IV, then met his wife Cindy and moved to Chandler, AZ where they would make a wonderful life.

He leaves behind his wife of 15 years Cynthia Dominguez Gandara, his son, Herman Gandara IV, his parents, Herman Gandara, JR & Yolanda Gandara, his brother Hiram Gandara, his loving grandma Aurora, his nieces and nephews, sister in laws and brother in law's, mother-in-law and father-in-law, numerous cousins’, aunt’s, and uncle's.
