HAROLD ROBERT HAYES

Harold Robert Hayes III entered into the hands of his Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 8th at the age of 66. Bob was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Robert Hayes II. He is survived by Brenda Hayes, his wife of 39 years, his children: Dana Schwitters, Dr. Harold Hayes IV, and William Hayes, his 4 granddaughters: Madison Schwitters, Vera Schwitters, Kylie Schwitters, and Leela Hayes, his mother, Barbara Hayes, and his sisters: Kathy Hayes and Heidi Hayes. Bob was well respected in the law community. He practiced law for 33 years after receiving his Law degree and CPA from Texas Tech University in 1985. He then went on to get his masters in Tax and his LLM degree in 1989 from University of Colorado. He enjoyed playing golf, pool, basketball, baseball and skiing throughout his life. He loved to share his hobbies with his family every chance he could. He will be remembered as a man who brought joy, love and laughter to all those he met. His zest of life and celebration will live on through his family. He will remain in the hearts and memories of his family and all those who were blessed to have known him. Bob’s visitation will be at Sunset Funeral Home West (480 N. Resler) on Friday evening from 5-8. The funeral service will be held Saturday at 10:30 at Trinity First United Methodist Church (801 N.
