Guadalupe Amaro Ornelas, born January 1, 1925 passed away peacefully April 1, 2011. Guadalupe is preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas A. Ornelas and beloved pet, Coco. Survived by brother; Alfonso Amaro, sister; Ofelia Parra, sons; Tomas Jr. (Lorena), Samuel (Martha), daughters; Maria De Los Angeles, Elvia Maisonet, Ida, Anita Mares, grandchildren; Tomas III (Dora), Michelle (Gonzalo Jr.), Orlando (Barbie), Angela (Francisco), Kimberly, Arturo Jr. (Monica), Bobby, Samuel Jr., Michael, Chris, Reuben James, Mr. River, great-grandchildren; Briana, Samantha, Gonzo, Erin, Teresita, Evan, Olivia, Nadia, Octavio, Osmar, Nayeli, Vittoria, Rebecca, Adam. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Grandma volunteered in her community, schools, and church. “Mom you will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts!” We love you Grandma “Psalm 23” Visitation will be 4-9 pm Wednesday, April 6, 2011 with a Vigil at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral Mass will be at 10 am Thursday, April 7, 2011 at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church, 503 Hunter. Interment will be at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
