Guadalupe Morales

Guadalupe Morales (85) passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on June 1, 2011. She was born and raised in Sonora, Mexico, and resided in El Paso, Texas as an adult. She was preceded in death by her beloved son Ruben Salas and twin brother Eduardo Morales. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jesus R. Salas and Maria Jesus Royuela Tomas Salas; her daughter and son-in-law Mary and Arthur Westbrook; and her daughter Ana Clara Salas. Her grandchildren: Arthur Westbrook IV, Heather Sayah, Stevie Salas, Jesus Salas, Andre Westbrook, Albert Garcia, Ruben Salas, Roberto Salas, Javier Salas, and Brianna Munoz. She is also survived by her siblings, Ernestina Sandoval, Adela Quiroz, and Ramiro Morales. She was employed by Southwestern Hospital and retired from Hill Haven Convalescent Center. Her kindness towards others was one of her greatest attributes. She enjoyed the simple things in life and had a wonderful sense of humor. She will be missed by those whose lives she touched. Pallbearers will be: Jesus R. Salas, Arthur Westbrook, Arthur Westbrook IV, Andre Westbrook, Albert Garcia, Roberto Salas, Javier Salas and Miguel Angel Morales. Visitation will be Sunday, June 5, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass with the rosary to begin at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be Monday, June 6, at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Assumption, 4805 Byron Street. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home Northeast.
