Granvil Hugh "Hack Hunt

Granvil Hugh “Hack” Hunt born December 1, 1918 went to be with the Lord on June 24, 2012 at the age of 93. He was a lifetime resident of El Paso, TX, Owner of Overhead Door Company of El Paso and a veteran of WWII. He served his church faithfully as Deacon, Superintendent, Sunday School Teacher and Guitarist. Devoted husband, father and grandfather. He is preceded in death by his parents, Cairrel and Robbie Hunt, his wife, Dema Nadene Hunt, 2 sisters and 3 brothers. He is survived in death by his current wife Lorraine Hunt, brother Lawrence Hunt, sons Lynn Hunt and wife Tish Hunt, Benjie Hunt and wife Cindy Hunt, grandchildren Stacy Hunt-Juetten husband Chris Juetten, Lynn J. Hunt wife Melissa Hunt and B.J. Hunt and wife Jess Hunt, and great-grandchildren, Ethan and Sydney Hunt. Visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 am with Funeral Service to begin at 10:00 am Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina Dr.. Interment will follow at Evergreen East Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
